Behavioral Health Needs Assessment

A Behavioral Health Network of collaborative partners was formed in 2019 by SHDHD as part of the strategies of the HRSA grant funded in 2019. The mission of the South Heartland Rural Behavioral Health Network is to develop a sustainable mental health services network for empowering, educating, referring, and increasing access to care for all members of our communities in Adams, Clay, Nuckolls, and Webster counties. Below are the results of the assessment that was conducted.
